REPAIRS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS POLICY.
In accordance with the Fair Trades Act 1974 and Consumer Affairs, the following conditions apply.
Repairs, Exchanges or Refunds will only be given if the product;
- Is faulty or defective and you were not aware of it when you bought it
- Does not do the job we led you to believe it would do
- Does not match the sample you were shown
- Was not as described on the box or in an advertisement.
Exchanges or Refunds will not be given if
- You cannot prove that you bought it here (eg. You don't have a receipt)
- You simply changed your mind about your purchase
- You have damaged the goods you bought
- You knew or should have known about a fault when you bought the goods (eg. Factory seconds)
PLEASE NOTE: A 20% restocking fee may apply to goods, not returned in original condition or without a fault!!
